The platform is run by the participating state Sebrae units and grows with each new one. Currently on the platform:

Questions and answers

Is the platform free?

Yes. There is no monthly fee, no paid plan and no commission on closed deals. The platform does not handle payments.

Who can register?

Companies with an active tax ID, of any size. Registration uses a Sebrae account and does not require being a Sebrae client.

Is my state already on the platform?

Santa Catarina, Minas Gerais and Rio Grande do Sul take part today. New units join every cycle — registration becomes available as soon as the state Sebrae unit joins.

Which company data is visible?

Only what the company chooses to publish in its profile: description, products, services and area of operation. Contact details appear only to those the company authorises.

How does data protection (LGPD) work?

Processing follows the LGPD and Sebrae's privacy policy. The company can correct, export or delete its profile data at any time.

Do I need to install anything to join a virtual room?

No. The room runs in the browser, on a computer or a phone. The meeting transcript is kept in the room history.

I lost access. How do I recover it?

Recovery happens on the Sebrae sign-in screen, through the “I forgot my password” link. The platform does not store passwords.
